Week of the 18th through the 23rd

This week we will be finishing up volcanoes and doing some online activities about both earthquakes and volcanoes.

This week we watched a few videos on Earthquakes and Volcanoes.  Next week we will be finishing up about volcanoes.

Parent Teacher Conference 3/7

Please make sure to come out for Parent-Teacher conferences this Thursday 1-4 and 5-8.  Unfortunately, I will have to begone for a medical appointment from about 2:45 to 5.  But I will be back at 5, so please try to come out.

First Spring Break Weekend

I am sure by the time we get to Friday, as our day off, no one will think it is Spring Break season yet.  The weather doesn't look promising.  This week we are doing Plate Tectonics and starting Earthquakes (weather permitting).

President's Day

No President's Day sale here, but this week we are finishing Ocean life with some online activities and then more about plate tectonics.

Students are learning about ocean life, at the bottom of the Oceans and then seeing the physical structures of the ocean from plate tectonics.
